Unproperly Programmed Forget it

takes forever to download data of the mall you choose, once it reaches 99%, nothing happens. waste of time and app space.

Its a shame: it downloads data and then nothing happens!!

Especially the wayfinding -- not just where the store is in the mall, but how to get there.

I was not sure what to expect with the Westfield app. Despite what I thought, this is an extremely valuable tool. Especially, when youre in center and looking to navigate from one location, or one store… way finding really helps.

The map is great for getting around and helping me figure out where I am. Wish there were more deals and offers for stores I like.

I live closest to the Culver City Westfield, which is huge and awesome, and when I wanna find out where Im going or find a particular store and I dont feel like standing and trying to work things out on a map - I use way finding! Its some nifty tech that works like gps navigation but in the mall. Hopefully at some point in the future theyll have robots to carry me around to where I need to go :)

It would be nice to see a Westfield mall Apple Watch app.

Find "Ecco". Select "use map". Map zoomed in and cant zoom out / recenter. Useless!

It was so easy getting directions to my favorite shops! I particulalry like the clearness of the maps, the routing directions and the fact that i have all the shops handy in my pocket. I no longer need to stop and see the map poster in the mall. - thanks westfield

I really love the concierge feature. I, also, think the GPS feature is very useful. Getting a route from one store to the other is a few touches away on my phone. Very solid app!

Useful, but crashes whenever I search for a store and hit the map button...

The first thing that I noticed was that searching for the mall is not intuitive enough, doesnt have a search box or a locator so that it finds the closest mall.

Im a regular shopper at two Westfield malls in the area so this app seemed to be a no-brainer. Its come in handy a number of times BUT you cannot trust it to keep up with changes at the malls. Over the past year, there have been several occasions when a shuttered store has shown up on the map & in the directory as if it was still there. Most recently, I made a trip to the mall based specifically on the app telling me the store was there -- only to discover the store had been closed "at least a couple of weeks" (according to an employee of a nearby shop); that was over a week ago, and the latest "update" to the malls information STILL shows the store as being open. Even worse, theres no way to tell them about the problem; the "Feedback" function lets me type to my hearts content but every time I click on "Submit" it comes back with a "Not Found" alert. The maps are useful for navigation (and I havent tried using any of the in-app specials), but if youre basing a shopping trip on information in this app youll still need to call ahead to make sure a listed store actually exists. They also need to fix the feedback problem. (Ive even tried the Westfield website and cant find a way to tell them about the problem.)

Wont let me change malls. Also the hours are wrong on Westfield Montgomery.

I love this app not only can you choose the mall but you get the info and everything its a really good app thats why its a five star
